This was a very busy period for Graham. Marvel and DC Comics Entertainment Inc had opposed the title of his book 'Business Zero To Superhero' due to the word 'Superhero', therefore, the project had to be put on hold.

A trade mark dispute ensued with the largest media and entertainment company in the world! Utilising his business and legal knowledge and after years of wrangling, Graham was victorious and won the trade mark 'Zero To Superhero' for his company.

He received a slew of press coverage as a result and appeared in the national press, BBC and Sky News.

He successfully passed his law degree with 2nd Class Honours, Upper Division and became a Business Law Graduate LLB Hons. He obtained a first for his Legal Experience Project; the Marvel & DC case and a Certificate of Achievement for the highest mark in the year.
